The City entered into a Service Contract for Janitorial Services with PBS of Texas, LLC on October 1, 2018. As of August 1, 2020 Pritchard Industries Southwest, LLC has acquired all of the assets of PBS of Texas, LLC. The City wishes to continue to work with Pritchard Industries Southwest, LLC under the same terms and conditions as the contract with PBS of Texas. |
