Garver LLC is a specialist in aviation design. With more than six (6) decades of aviation design experience, Garver LLC has been selected as the best value to provide design and construction administration service for our city. The contract for design, bidding and construction administration is a fixed fee, not to exceed $96,500.00. |

$51,485 ($56k with interest included) from 2018 CO's, $700,000 from 2021 CO's, and $500,000 from 2022 CO. |
