Council’s strategic plan included work to update the Downtown Master Plan. On April 26, 2022, Council provided direction to staff to initiate the update to the Downtown Master Plan in the current fiscal year. Council provided staff with direction at the May 24th, 2022 workshop on the final scope of work and as the make-up of an advisory committee to provide input and oversight of the process.
This presentation will provide an update on the RFP process, project management roles and responsibilities, project breakdown and next steps.
