The proposed Master Services Agreement represents the contractual terms under which the consultant and the City of Georgetown will engage for professional services on future projects.
No professional services are being proposed with this specific item. Professional services for specific projects are awarded on a qualifications basis and scopes of work will be negotiated under separate Task Orders for each individual project.
