Consideration and possible action to approve a Resolution adopting the Planning and Development fees in accordance with the City's Unified Development Code (UDC) -- Sofia Nelson, Planning Director |
| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY:
Pursuant to Section 3.02.020 of the Unified Development Code (UDC), the City Council shall establish and revise application fees for all Planning and other development related applications. Development Applications include, but are not limited to, Annexation (Voluntary), Development Agreement, Comprehensive Plan, Zoning, Subdivision Plat, Certificate of Appropriateness and Site Development Plans. The attached Exhibit A identifies all the planning and development application fees, including a new fee for new requests of Municipal Utility District and other special purpose districts. |

The purpose of this item is to establish the planning and development fees for the review and processing of development applications in accordance with the Unified Development Code. |
