| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY:
This item is one of several annual technology maintenance appropriations that are submitted for advanced approval at the beginning of each fiscal year so that invoices may be paid in a timely manner when they are received.
The Superion OneSolution is enterprise-class software that provides a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and records management system (RMS) software system used by the City’s mission-critical 911/emergency service dispatch operations. Maintenance covers software updates and fixes, as well as ongoing software support. |

All items were budgeted during the FY 2022 budget process. Expenses in the amount of $190,000 will be recorded in IT – Software Maintenance Subscriptions and Support Services. |
