ImageTrend is the Fire Department’s record management software used for managing fire and emergency medical operations. This includes functionality such as call tracking, fire investigations, reporting, permitting, and other mission critical services.
ImageTrend was implemented in 2021 and replaced the legacy Firehouse records management system.
