This item is one of several annual technology maintenance appropriations that are submitted for advanced approval at the beginning of each fiscal year so that invoices may be paid in a timely manner when they are received.

Frontier Communications Corp. is the City’s sole provider of telecommunication services and equipment.  They provide voice-over-fiber and basic analog phone lines that handle all incoming and outgoing calls to City facilities.  Services include nearly 1300 specific phone numbers and 10,000 minutes of long-distance calling.    

All items were budgeted during the FY 2022 budget process. Expenses in the amount of $123,000 will be recorded in IT - Software Maintenance Subscriptions and Support Services.
