The applicant is requesting annexation for a 46.972-acre tract generally located at the southwest corner of Blue Springs Boulevard and Southeast Inner Loop. The subject property has a Future Land Use designation of Industrial. The applicant is also seeking Planned Unit Development Zoning concurrent with annexation.
