Georgetown Independent School District utilizes Williams Drive Pool, Village Pool, the Recreation Center indoor pool, and the Recreation Center event room to conduct swim team practices, swim clinics, and swim meets. The City Charter requires a use agreement for extended use of City property by an outside group. This use agreement outlines use of the facilities including agency responsibility, improvements to the area, fees to be charged, and required insurance.

The term of agreement is for one year beginning October 1, 2021. Upon expiration of the initial term, the interlocal agreement may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms on the same terms and conditions.
