The Georgetown Summer Swim Association is a youth summer league swim team that utilizes the Village Pool, Williams Drive Pool, and the Recreation Center indoor pool to conduct recreational swim team practices, swim clinics, and swim meets. The City Charter requires a use agreement for extended use of City property by an outside group. This use agreement outlines use of the facilities including agency responsibility, improvements to the area, fees to be charged, and required insurance.

The term of agreement is for one year beginning October 1, 2021. Upon expiration of the initial term, the use agreement may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms on the same terms and conditions.
