First Reading of an Ordinance for the voluntary annexation of approximately 20.00 acres of City-owned Right-of-Way situated in part in the J. Patterson Survey, Abstract No. 502 and the Barney C. Low Survey Abstract 385, and known as Westinghouse Road -- Nat Waggoner, PMP, AICP, Assistant Planning Director - Long Range Planning

Westinghouse Road, between I-35 and FM 1460 is owned and maintained by the City of Georgetown and Westinghouse Road between I-35 and FM 1460 is contiguous to the city limits; therefore eligible for annexation proceedings according to the Texas Local Government Code, Section 43.1055. Per the Texas Local Government Code 43.063 – two public hearings were conducted 20-40 days before first reading of the annexation ordinance.
