Williamson County has recently purchased a new voting system for use in this November’s election, and all subsequent elections. Section 123.001 of the Election Code requires the governing body of the political subdivision served by the authority ordering the election to adopt “by resolution, order, or other official action of the authority” the voting system for use in the election. |
