| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY:
KB Homes, Developer of Phases 1-3 of Georgetown Village, is nearing completion of its development. As part of that project completion, they must turn over certain lots to the City for maintenance by the PID, including all water quality and pocket park lots. These lots include Phase 1, Lot 1, Block B; Phase 2, Lot 19, Block B; Phase 3, Lot 10, Block H, Lot 1, Block J, & Lot 21, Block E. These tracts will be transferred, via deed, to the City for maintenance by the PID. Staff has inspected all lots and found them to meet necessary standards of care for transfer.
Staff recommends approval of this item.

The cost of maintenance of these properties will be incorporated into the ongoing maintenance costs to be funded by the GVPID Assessment. |
