The applicant is requesting annexation for a 1.123-acre tract generally located at 34 Skyline Road. The subject property has a Future Land Use designation of Moderate Density Residential.
The item under consideration tonight is to approve the municipal services agreement required for voluntary annexation submitted in accordance with State Law.

| | | | | | | | FINANCIAL IMPACT: City services, including police and fire protection, emergency medical services, solid waste collection and disposal are immediately subject to the property upon approval of the annexation ordinance. Extension of capital improvements such as water and wastewater systems will be subject to the City’s utility extension and improvement policy or the terms of any potential agreement with the property owner.
