Consideration and possible action to approve a Resolution amending the bylaws for the Historic and Architectural Review Committee (HARC) to establish provisions for two regular meetings per month -- Sofia Nelson, Planning Director

In December of 2018 the City Council requested the Historic and Architectural Review Committee (HARC) hold regular meetings twice per month. The attached bylaws make the requested update. If approved it is anticipated two meetings per month will begin in May. |
